Tridium protects Mac devices with Huntress. Because of Apple's privacy controls, Macs need extra steps: open Finder, go to Applications, double-click the Huntress application, then follow the prompts to grant Huntress the access it needs and install its system extension. This fully enables device protection.
To get started on a Mac with Tridium, download the agent from the unique link in your Tridium welcome email, run CAG.pkg from the AgentSetup folder with administrator permission, and restart. Then open System Settings > Privacy & Security and enable "AEM Agent" under Accessibility, Full Disk Access, and Screen Recording.
To get started on Windows, download the agent application from the unique link in your Tridium welcome email, open it, and click "Yes" to allow changes. Installation is silent, and setup is complete when the app appears in the task tray near the clock. Administrator permission is required; otherwise enter local administrator credentials or contact your IT team.
